She supports businesses in the UK, Ireland and Nordics to explore opportunities in Asia, including food, wine and spirits. She helps producers, distributors and brands navigate the Hong Kong market. Hong Kong is a major hub for wine and spirits and a key gateway to Mainland China and Asia. As a duty-free port for wine, Hong Kong offers strong demand and an efficient route for sourcing, distribution and brand building. Rachel has led delegations to the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair, matching producers with partners across the region.
