He holds an MBA in Business Management from FIA USP and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Rodrigo is driven by developing people and projects, helping companies grow, and enabling them to reach their full potential. He has strong expertise in management, marketing, strategy, and sales, along with sharp analytical skills and a proven ability to build businesses and turn strategy into results. He has worked in multinational consulting, retail, and CPG companies, leading marketing and sales projects for a wide range of large, mid-sized, and regional organisations.

João Dutra , Director of Strategy, Grupo Surprise

João Dutra has 17 years of experience in Latin America, Europe and Southeast Asia. He has lived in Brazil, the Netherlands and Myanmar. He has worked as a brand strategist and has been part of global agencies such as Isobar and MullenLowe. He helped grow Unilever brands in Latin America by adapting global ideas for local markets. He has also been a judge at the Effie Awards in Brazil and won a global award for effective advertising. Additionally, he has worked as a Strategy Director at Ampfy.
