Vik Kashyap , Founder and CEO, Toi Labs

Vik Kashyap is the Founder and CEO of Toi Labs, a Silicon Valley company backed by leading bathroom brands and the U.S. NIH. Toi Labs develops smart bathroom technologies to support health and dignity in ageing populations and is expanding into Japan. Previously, Vik pioneered a treatment for IBD, co-authored a widely cited study, and worked as a venture capitalist at Battery Ventures. He has advised global tech firms, invested as an angel, and is a Harvard graduate.

Vik Kashyap , Founder and CEO, Toi Labs

Travis Peterson , Chief Commercial Officer, Pontosense

Travis is Chief Commercial Officer at Pontosense, leading commercialization and go-to-market strategies for AgeTech, automotive, and veterinary technologies. With prior leadership roles at Lear Corporation, he is known for revitalising relationships, accelerating tech adoption, and driving sustainable growth. Travis holds an Economics BA from Oakland University and an MBA from Wayne State, and serves on advisory boards while supporting wildlife conservation through the Cheetah Conservation Fund.
