Diane Alleva Cáceres , Founder, Market Access International

Diane Alleva Cáceres founded Market Access International, Inc. in 1997 in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 30 years of experience in international trade, foreign direct investment (FDI), and business development, she advises public and private sector clients across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, and select emerging economies. Diane engages in value chain analysis, market research, SWOT analysis, and business development across a range of industries from renewable energy, aerospace, and oceantech to mobility and life sciences. She has co-led B2B services for the SEUS-CP Conferences since 2008. Diane has collaborated with the European Commission on SME trade and FDI development, secured over $400 million in contracts funded by the World Bank and UNDP on behalf of Australian firms and the Australian Trade Commission, collaborated with hundreds of US companies through the Center for Trade and Investment Services covering North Africa and the Middle East. She was also the President of the World Trade Center Atlanta and co-founded the European Union Center of Excellence at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a frequent panelist and media commentator on trade, FDI, and innovation and an elected Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Diane holds a PhD in International Affairs, Science, and Technology from Georgia Tech, an MA in Political Science, and a BA in Economics from William & Mary, and is fluent in French.

Douglas Wood , Principal, Market Access International

Douglas Wood is a Principal at Market Access International, Inc. and brings more than 25 years of experience in market access, economic development, strategic planning, and international business growth. He has advised companies on trade and investment opportunities and conducted market research across the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and global markets. His expertise includes foreign direct investment analysis, site selection, and financial modeling evaluating incentives, logistics, labor costs, and operating structures for companies establishing U.S. operations. Doug has produced reports on renewable energy, electric vehicles, advanced manufacturing, transportation, and food and beverage sectors. He has worked with 1,000+ companies and understands challenges at every growth stage. He has delivered executive education seminars with The Brookings Institution and served as a multi-year mentor with Emory University's accelerator program supporting underserved entrepreneurs, particularly women-led businesses in Atlanta. Doug holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
