Luca Bernardinetti is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Mahanakorn Partners Group (MPG), where he leads the firm's Banking & Finance practice. With over two decades of experience in trade, corporate and project finance, he has advised on mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure development and cross-border legal matters. He serves on the boards of major business associations in Thailand, including the Thai-Italian Chamber of Commerce, the ICC Thailand Commission on Banking Technique & Practices, and AmCham Thailand's Business Economics Committee, and is a former President of the European Association for Business and Commerce.
