Before taking on this role, he worked in financial regulation at the Financial Services Authority and the Bank of England, focusing on financial stability and supervision. In 2018, he joined President Xavier Bertrand's team as Brexit Special Adviser. Since 2020, Artus has helped promote Hauts-de-France as a strong and welcoming destination for international investment.
