Miss Ip has helped to grow trade and investment links between Hong Kong and the UK and Europe. She has previously worked in marketing and PR in London and Hong Kong. This mix of public and private sector experience supports her work in driving economic growth.

Jessie Ye , Associate Director, Global Business Development, Hawksford

Jessie is an Associate Director in Hawksford's global business development team. She is based in Shenzhen, China. Her work focuses on supporting investment into and out of China. Jessie helps Chinese companies expand overseas. She does this by setting up companies in different markets and providing ongoing support. She also advises foreign companies entering the Chinese market. Jessie is fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.

Before joining CBBC, Jim founded an edtech company in Shanghai and has spent over a decade working in China. He brings a practical, first-hand perspective on working in one of the world's most dynamic markets.
