This full day live workshop is designed for exporters looking to scale while managing risk and meeting global regulations. It focuses on export sales strategy and compliance-led commercial progress. The session gives exporters and sales leaders the support needed for international business growth while protecting margin and ensuring good governance. The full day of training will cover a practical export sales framework and compliance integration. As part of the workshop we host a series of breakout session where participants can apply the tools in practice, and get the opportunity to discuss their practical needs with the team of experts from Navigator Global.
