With 25+ years in sales, Kevin has built, launched, and invested in multiple brands and founded several tech startups.

Catherine Beare , Regional Director Business Assurance - UK and Iberia, Intertek

Catherine has 20 years' experience in sustainability, helping businesses strengthen CSR programmes. During her 14 years at Intertek, she has led global initiatives, specifically focusing on the UK and EU, to expand effective responsible supply chain programmes, introduce innovative sustainability solutions, and speak at industry events.

Aaron Battista , Managing Partner, Ember Company

Aaron Battista is an experienced retail executive and advisor to many global brands including Sonos, Reformation, Boll and Branch, and MoMA Museum Stores. Formerly Chief Retail Officer at Kellwood and VP of Retail at VF Corp., he has led international expansions for brands like Vince, Rebecca Taylor, and Seven for All Mankind. Aaron has opened nearly 1,000 stores, focusing on brand experience and team development, with previous roles at Lucky Brand, Liz Claiborne, Swatch, The Body Shop, and Gucci.

CK Chung , Managing Director, Smart Tradzt

CK Chung is a carbon footprint and supply chain expert with 25 years' consulting experience, including roles at Accenture and Deloitte. Formerly a process engineer at Shell, he has advised MNCs, Fortune 500 firms, and SMEs on GHG emission management. Mr Chung is the appointed consultant for PETRONAS' national carbon capture project and specialises in Scope 3 methodologies, carbon accounting, supplier collaboration, and circularity initiatives.
