He started his career in fresh food manufacturing with major UK businesses. He worked with leading retailers and global food brands. In 2011, he moved to Australia and joined Coles Supermarkets. He later became Head of Own Brand. In this role, he helped grow sales and launch many new products. He also built strong supplier partnerships and new product ranges. In 2019, he founded Prof. Consulting Group. The business now has a global team and supports clients across the food and drink supply chain. Mark also advises leading trade organisations. He focuses on helping companies expand and enter new markets.
